Is The New Capers open for lunch and/or dinner when there is no show on?
No, we only open for shows and for private functions.
Can I hire the venue for my private function?
Yes! The New Capers is ideal for all sorts of private functions including Christmas parties, corporate functions and seminars, birthdays, anniversaries and weddings. The venue is particularly suited for music and theatrical events, due to the large stage area and audio and lighting equipment. We offer various food service and entertainment options to suit your requirements. Please visit the ‘Functions’ section of the website for more information.
Do I need to book to see a show or can I just turn up on the night?
You are advised to book tickets prior to the show because some shows sell out; but if you turn up on the night and we're not booked out, we won't turn you away!

What type of food is served with the ‘Dinner and Show’ package?
Our menu is seasonal and may also vary depending on the availability of ingredients. For a sample menu, please visit the ‘Menu’ section of the website.
Can I buy food if I book for ‘Show Only’?
For some shows, you can choose to purchase food from the bar menu during the show. Please enquire about this when making your booking.
