Tentative bookings
  We tentatively hold function dates for a period of 14 days only.

Deposits
  A deposit of the amount of the venue hire plus 20% of the estimated amount of other charges is payable to secure your booking, together with the signed Terms and Conditions form.

Balance of payment
  Payment of the balance of the function price (not including drinks where a bar tab is being run) is due one week prior to the function.  All remaining charges such as bar tabs must be settled at the completion of the function.

Form of payments
  Payments may be made be direct bank transfer (preferred) to BSB 033-091, Account 32-4254, major credit cards or cash.  Personal or business cheques are acceptable by prior agreement. 

Cancellation
  Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation with less than 6 weeks’ notice.

Food selection
  We require your menu selections to be finalised along with the final numbers of guests 2 weeks prior to your function.

Audio and lights system
  Where you require use of our in house audio and lights system, a charge of $150 applies for our qualified sound engineer to operate the system.

Venue hire charges
  Monday to Thursday ------ $300
  Friday to Sunday ------ $500
For an evening function the above charges would provide use of the venue for 7 hours plus set up time, for a lunch or day-time function 5 hour plus set up time.  Longer periods of time might involve additional charges.

Entertainment Booking
  We can book entertainment for your function.  The cost will be based on the negotiated fee for the relevant act, plus an administration fee of $100.

Security
  Should you require a security person to be in place during your function you may organise this yourself or we can organise for you.  The cost will be based on current market rates charged by the security firm plus an administration fee of $50.

Loss of property
  The New Capers cannot be responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any personal property on the premises prior, during or after the function.

Damage
  Where your group causes any damage to the our premises (either internal or external) or theft of property, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the property.

  Your function booking is subject to the above terms and conditions.  Please sign below and return along with your deposit.
